Simple Fall Decor for Front Porch
We love fall in this house. Fall is for football. Fall is for hockey. Fall is for fire pits. Fall is for simple fall decor that is welcoming.
Fall is also one of my favorite times of the year to decorate. Now that we’ve been in our house for a little over a year and a half, I’m starting to figuring out the staple areas of our house that are great for decorating throughout the year.
The front porch is a great area, out of sun and covered by an overhang. It’s not completely visible from the street, so it’s a semi private little space that can be used to first welcome guests to our home.
I love the farmhouse look but think that a lot of times people go overboard with it, adding too many pieces into a space making it overcrowded and busy. Because of this, I wanted to add clean, simple fall decor to our front porch.
So here it is. I added a couple of wooden crates, a lantern, mini pumpkins, and some Indian corn. It’s simple. It says “it’s fall” without screaming it.
So what do you think of this fall decor on our front porch? Is it too little or just right? Would love to hear your thoughts!
